Following his first-round knockout victory between the ropes against Priddy Ugly, SA rapper and entrepreneur Refiloe Maele Phoolo commonly known as Cassper Nyovest took to Twitter to taunt his decade-long arch-enemy into getting into the ring with him. When tweeps asked Cassper what’s next for him as regards the sport he has come to fall in love with. Cassper responded by saying he wants to go back to the original reason he got into the ring in the first place; to fight AKA, but knowing that Supa Mega will not oblige to the invitation, he is open to the idea of fighting anybody else who is up to the challenge.
I really want the AKA fight but knowing the little scared baby he is , he is going to run until until and avoid this topic. We all know he is scared of me so the question is for Cassper Nyovest. Who’s next ? Who would yall like to see me fight next? #CasspervsPriddyUgly
Many fans believed before and after his fight with Priddy Ugly that the weight and height differences between both rappers gave him an unfair advantage and he should fight somebody his own size next, a tweep even suggested Big Zulu, and Mufasa responded that he was up to the challenge.
Oh that’s definitely gonna happen. I want Big Zulu next. Already told my team that’s the fight I want. https://t.co/6HpV0mdUqQ
Cassper still insisted that he really wants AKA in the ring because he wants to hurt Kiernan for slapping him years ago and cussing at his parents.
Casper said the reason he did not retaliate at the time was to protect his brand and his career was still in it’s early stage and dependent on brand endorsements.
“I was living off endorsements and I had to protect my brand. Me walking away worked for me. My brand is 10 times worth whatever he got going on and I own my shit now. His life is a mess cause he was going around slapping people and standing behind his bodyguards and acting tough.” He tweeted.
Albeit AKA has said in recent interviews that he holds no grudges towards Cassper and owes Nyovest’s parents an apology for his uncouth behavior, blaming it all on youthful exuberance.
“Also I’m not proud of swearing at his parents you know to tell you the truth and I definitely owe them an apology,” he said. “I don’t hate him, I don’t have any feelings anymore they’re all gone like butterflies and I have put different feelings inside myself, feelings of gratitude for just being alive.”
