Coi Leray Reveals Star-Studded Feature List for Her Debut Album

American rapper, singer, and songwriter, Coi Leray Collins, mononymously known as Coi Leray, has revealed the list of features that will be on her forthcoming debut album. The rapper’s debut album which is titled ‘Trendsetter,’ was announced in March. The album will be the Boston, Massachusetts rapper’s first project since her 2020 debut E.P., ‘Now or Never.’

The rapper who is, legendary hip-hop promoter, Benzino’s daughter, revealed that the album slated to be released on April 8, 2022, will feature guest appearances from some of the Industry’s best and biggest artists.

The announcement photograph posted on her Instagram featured the following names; Trinidadian-American rapper Nicki Minaj, O-Block‘s finest trapper Lil Durk, Highbridge trapper A-Boogie, Soul singer H.E.R., Chicago Drill pioneer Chief Keef, Lil Tecca, Young Bleu, G Herbo, Brooklyn spitter Young M.A whom Leray has been often compared to, Pooh Shiesty, Superstar DJ Mustard, Fivio Foreign and Indian-Canadian rapper NAV.

This announcement is coming just after her big collaboration ‘Blick Blick,’ with self-acclaimed Queen of Rap; Nicki Minaj. The song peaked at number 37 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, making it the 24-year-old’s second-highest performing song on the chart.

Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal, is a Ghanaian hip hop musician born to Portia Lamptey and James Frimpong in Sowutuom, a suburb of Accra.

Medikal has shared some dope photos of himself on IG as he marks his 28th birthday.

The rapper was spotted in the photo posing in front of an expensive car believed to be one of his numerous assets, with the caption ” Happy 28″.

Medikal has reigned as one of the best rappers Africa has ever known. He has dominated the scene with his craft for almost ten years and continues to thrill Ghanaians and all music lovers with non-stop entertainment.

AMG Medikal has made a name for himself in the music industry through hard work and his numerous collaboration with successful artists like Sarkodie of Sarkcess Music, Stonebwoy of BMG and Shatta Wale of SM Empire.

The Grammy Awards took place on Sunday night but some of the biggest stars in hip-hop were notably missing, despite their nominations. Kanye West and Drake 6weren’t in the crowd last night, nor was Cardi B, who was nominated for Best Rap Performance for “Up.” J. Cole didn’t pull up either, but that’s because of prior engagements.

The return of Dreamville Fest took place in Raleigh, NC this weekend where some of the biggest artists — Lil Wayne, Lil Baby, etc. — hit the stage.

J. Cole didn’t end up winning any awards at the Grammys this year. However, he did celebrate the one Grammy he does have from his contributions to 21 Savage’s “A Lot.” The rapper gave a shout-out to Savage as he performed their i am > i was collaboration. “Y’all make some noise for 21 Savage. He got a n***a his first — the only Grammy I ever won was because of this n***a 21 Savage,” he said.

Cole was nominated in four categories this year, including Best Rap Album for The Off-Season. He also was nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance for “P R I D E.I S.T H E.D E V I L” ft Lil Baby and Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for “M Y.L I F E” ft. Morray.

Nigerian legendary rapper, MI Abaga has announced via social media about his plans on getting married in 2022.

M.I disclosed this on his Instagram page on Sunday. The 41-year-old rapper disclosed he met his wife-to-be, Eniola in December 2020. He asked for support and prayers as he gets ready to tie the knot. His post read: “I’m a private person. But it’s time to share a little part of my joy with you.

“@eniolamafe and I met in Dec3’ 2020 and straight away I knew I had found the one. “ I am excited to announce that we are getting married this year and we ask for your support and blessings as we embark on this journey.”

Kanye West Has Reportedly Checked Himself Into A Mental Facility To Get Help

Kanye West has been acting pretty explosive ever since he learnt that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian was dating Pete Davidson. MTO News has however now learnt that Kanye West is trying to get help for his behavior and emotions.

For the past few months Kanye West has been terrorizing his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend, comedian Pete Davidson all over social media. Pete finally clapped back against Ye two weeks ago – and it looked like the drama was about to be ratcheted up even further.

But it seems that Kanye has decided to gracefully bow out of the drama and get himself some help.

A person close to Kim is coming forward and telling the news that Kanye has checked himself into some sort of a facility to get himself some professional help.

A source close to the Kardashians was reported by MTO to have said:

“For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better.”

The source added that it wasn’t clear if West planned to go into a treatment facility, as he has stayed in Los Angeles to be with his and Kardashian’s four kids.

This year’s event will feature the biggest brands and personalities in Fintech, Adtech, Edtech, Healthtech, Insurtech, Logistics and Supply, Content and Media etc. Booths are already on sale.

The GAGE Awards has announced nominees for this year and opened its voting portals for the public.

Making the declaration in Lagos, the organizers made public nominees of various categories, noting that the remaining 13 categories will be selected by GAGE Awards’ eminent jury.

Nigerian rapper Ladipo Eso popularly known as “ladipoe” or “Poe” has been nominated as the trace digital artist of the year among others. On 28 February 2017, Ladipoe signed a record deal with Mavin Records. He rose to prominence with the song “Feel Alright” where he got featured by SDC “Show Dem Camp.

Other artists nominated alongside ladipoe are ‘ckay , fire boy dml, Goya mentor, and Buju (BNXN).

Voting begins on the 28th of March, 2022, and will span a total of 11 categories.

MC Solaar is the stage name of francophone hip hop artist Claude M’Barali (born March 5, 1969). By far the most internationally popular French rapper, he was born in Dakar, Senegal to parents from Chad.

The French rapper joins the list of scheduled artists at the Châlons-en-Champagne fair.

Announcement has taken the shape of a front hole text to be revealed to users. Mc Solaar will be in the Fair Sunday, September 11, 2022. “He will most notably interpret titles from the recent re-edition of his three mythical albums,” announces the organization on his Facebook page. BNXN opens Ice cream and it is definitely not a bad call .

BNXN’s delivery on Ice cream could have been quite better.

Because not only did he open Ice cream, he is the only one with vocals on Ice cream.

The delivery could have made Ice cream sound more interesting as it began.

So what was needed was that BNXN delivered his verse with more energy and passion.

Falz nails his delivery on Ice cream, and this is what makes Ice Cream even more interesting to listen to.

Falz delivers his lyrics on Ice Cream with such professionalism.

He has always known how to deliver the lyrics of a bad guy and this is what he did exactly with his lyrics on Ice Cream.

The production on ice Cream is almost perfect for the song.

It is so suitable for Ice cream because Ice cream does not need beats that will make it sound watered down.

Obviously, with the song lyrics and theme, it is obvious Falz and BNXN are the playboys who want no intimacy with women but only to gratify their desires.

They just want to play around because they are Ice Creams, you can’t have them permanently because you enjoy it for a period of time and it finishes.

Coi Leray Reveals Debut Album ‘Trendsetter’ Release Date & Cover Art

Coi Leray says her forthcoming debut album “Trendsetter” will be “one of the biggest female artist albums in the world.” She has spent the majority of the past 12 months proving her naysayers wrong.

She’s faced immense scrutiny for her music but she’s gained the respect and support of her peers in the rap game. All of the work she’s put in over the past few years have culminated in her forthcoming album, Trendsetter, due out on April 8th.

Coi Leray hasn’t revealed a tracklist yet but she has left behind a trail of clues surrounding what to expect. Two weeks ago, she released “Blick Blick” ft. Nicki Minaj, which will surely be on the album. Leray commemorated the release with a new tattoo in tribute to the song. She also revealed that Polo G sent in vocals for the project over the weekend.

The album announcement comes a little over a month after Coi revealed that she’d be taking a break due to the hate she’s received. The slew of positive messages that followed clearly put a battery in her back.
