Nigerian rapper and songwriter ZlatanIbile was recently spotted chilling while recording with prolific singer and performer Asake.
Zlatan Ibile who is expected to release a new EP later tonight has been spotted chilling or in the studio with a lot of other talents.
Zlatan Ibile’s New EP “Omo Ologo” is expected to drop tonight. In the video shared on Instagram story by popular Nigerian celebrity Blogger Biesloaded, both artists were spotted in the studio recording what sounds like a crazy mix of hiphop and afrobeats.
It is unknown if Asake is one of the featured artistes on the EP, but fans have continued to share their excitement, especially after finding out that Nigerian Street rapper and hip-hop mafia OdumoduBlvck will be one of the featured stars alongside with Jeriq.
It is noteworthy to say that Zlatan Ibile and Asake have linked up in the past. They worked on Asake’s “Mr Money Remix”, alongsides Peruzzi sometimes in 2021.
We look forward to seeing what Zlatan and Asake might be up to, while we await the release of Zlatan’s new EP.

Nigerian rapper and talk-of-the-moment OdumoduBlvck had some things to get out of his mind this morning.
The rapper who is set to be one of the guest features on Zlatan’s forthcoming “Omo Ologo EP”, took to his social media page to reveal some interesting facts about the forthcoming song.
The rapper made it known that “Oganigwe“(The song title) will set all the standards that are necessary to get the Nigerian Hip-hop scene back to its initial momentum.
According to Odumodu, the song is going to be very versatile, he revealed that Zlatan’s verse is almost a song on its own, further adding that Jeriq’s verse carries its own hook and he himself who was privileged to do the hook came through with a hook that is entirely versatile.
He further dared critics and confirmed he could not wait until they score the hit song a 10/10. Odumodu believes that once the record drops everyone will be on the lookout to invest in the Nigerian hip-hop scene and confess that “it’s a new era and no one should be caught on the side of unbelief.”
Odumodu who seems to be really excited about the record further disclosed that the record will be pushed by the streets and no major digital promo will be required to push the record within the country.
To conclude his long tweet, he revealed that the record will set rappers on the table where kings are seated, further revealing that all they will have to do is sit, laugh and watch the sun come down.
We are also excited to see what the three have been cooking in the studio, hopefully, the Declan himself delivers on his words.
Superstar Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Zlatan Ibile had previously announced he would release an EP this year. The Omo Ologo crooner announced this after the successful release of his single “Omo Ologo.“
The EP which he titled “Omo Ologo” is now set for a Friday release. The EP which is expected to be a Hip-Hop project will be dropping on Friday, 28 April 2023.
What do we currently know about the EP?
The EP is set to be Zlatan’s first major project since the release of his last album “Resan“.
However, Zlatan has announced that the project will feature Rappers and industry mates, amongst whom we have the man of the moment, OdumoduBlvck who had previously dropped a record titled “Picanto” with Zlatan late last year.
Jeriq is also announced as one of the few features of the project. Zlatan had taken to his Instagram page to tease fans with clips from the studio session he had with both stars.
Although Zlatan is a hardcore rapper when he wants to be he is also a singer, this project seems to focus more on him being a rapper than a singer. However, the project is also set to feature some hardcore Eastern Nigeria instrumentation.
Sounds from both studio sessions he shared left fans with the joy of having him on something more cultural and yet hip-hop packed.
Conclusion
Zlatan has always been hard on all of his projects, so this is not supposed to be any less, however, production and instrumentation on the project are expected to take a crazy turn of surprise. We look forward to listening to what the sensational artist has in store for us on the project.
Known to be the voice of the youth, Ghanaian rapper Kwame Yesu has released first single for the year ADWUMA. This single follows Kwame Yesu’s 2022 releases, SuMoMi and ISSUES.
Riding on a drill beat produced by Ghanaian-German based producer Robin Rozay, Kwame Yesu explores the themes of hard work, courage and resilience, the qualities attributed to a young person hustling in the streets of Accra while being stereotyped by the Police.
Speaking about the ideation behind the record, Kwame Yesu recounts how a random police stop inspired ADWUMA.
According to him; “We got stopped and harassed by the police, stereotyped as hoodlums due to our looks and dread hairstyle. As a result of this incident, my team and myself kept talking about what had just happened. Before arriving at our destination, I had composed the melody for the hook and few rap lines. I later met up with my new found collaborator Robin Rozay a Ghanaian- German based producer for recording session and completed the record.”

Flvme is gearing up to release a couple of projects soon and has been sharing snippets to get fans excited.
Over a week ago, the rapper/ singer was invited to The Modern Man for an in-depth interview about his life, music, and all the in-betweens, he dropped a few gems and is back to drop another. “Album of the year loading,” captioned Flvme as he shared his latest snippet on social media.
“I woke up this morning, thank you, Jesus.” he raps, “Now it’s time to get it going and get this cheese.”
Late in March, the rapper went live on his Instagram where he played a song with MagleraDoeBoy rapping on it, Flvme is believed to be behind the production. The song had the streets ablaze in anticipation of new music.

The rapper who has been enjoying heavy accolades and reception in Nigeria after the success of his mega-hit single Declan Rice, last night performed at the Davido Timeless concert in Lagos.
Odumodu who also performed at the Tiger Concert recently has been on a performance spree.
The singer who is currently teasing the release of his new song on social media has been a standout performer so far. He brings his heavy energy and presence to every show he performs at, making him one of the heavy stage killers that should be watched out for in the country.
His EP, Eziokwu Volume 1, is expected to drop sometime this year. The Rapper has teased a song he titled “Civilized” off the project. The song features Ghanaian-Romanian singer Wanlov The Kubolor.
Civilize features the usual Odumodu instrumentals, with heavy baseline and smart progressions. Although no date has been set for the EP to drop however fans have shared their excitement and are heavily anticipating the record.

OdumoduBlvck was also recently spotted in the studio with Nigerian-America Rapper, Wale. Appears we might be getting a joint from both rappers as well. Odumodu is definitely on his way to having a beautiful. One that will be for the books obviously.
