PLC as ambassadors for their candy brand, TomTom, have teamed up to create a monster jam titled “Power of Cool” for the brand to explain in detail the extraordinary power of the candy-sweet in making consumers feel cool, promote its influence, spread wider its reach and at the same time be a reason why music lovers take to the dance floor to shake their bodies.

“I don’t deserve to be called a rapper,” Sho Madjozi Addresses The Stereotypes Built Around Her Brand. The stereotypes that have been circulating in regards to Sho Madjozi’s brand has led her to open up and confront the comments.

On a recent thread she wrote on Twitter she touched on the topics pertaining her light skin privilege, not deserving to be called a rapper, shutting out Tsonga talent and not writing her own tweets. All this arises after she has attempted to debate the above mentioned topics but still received a share of backlash.

“I’m only where I am because I’m light skinned, I don’t deserve to be called a rapper, I’m protecting a predator, I don’t write my own tweets, I’m suppressing fellow Tsonga artists because I didn’t retweet someone’s remix of my song. All I’ve done is be a positive light. But damn honey the brighter I shine the more shade they throw on me,” she writes.

She went on to add how even being called a non-rapper led to her name trending which proves her bright light despite negative views.

“There was a whole list of 50 rappers and I was the one trending because I didn’t deserve to be there. I wasn’t even number 1 on the list. I wasn’t even in the top 10 but I was the trending topic.

“I was like wow this is clearly because I’m a woman, but a good friend and advisor said na, you are more interesting to attack because things are going well for you. Man that put a lot of things in perspective.”

Sjava Is Looking To Hire A Theater Group To Work With, More Details Here. In his process of planning his very first one man show at the Sun Arena, Sjava announces his search for theatrical acts to share a stage with.

The award winning muso will be the man of the moment on the 27th of October at Sun Arena, Pretoria. The event is anticipated by many people who will be seeing Sjava perform live for the first time. Having gone gold with his music, it has been evident just how much his music is loved.

To get a little bit more creative while a month away from his big show Sjava has put the word out to get more people for entertainment. The people he is looking for are those who can dance, sing and act.

The auditions will require interested candidates to perform one of Sjava’s songs, singing, acting and dancing at once for 5 minutes. To be part of the process, simply create a link, post it and tag him his official social media accounts.

“You ain’t got no control,” Moozlie Criticizes Artists Who Aren’t Independent. It is fast becoming a common act for artists to branch out and be independent with the aim of being in control of their brands. While it works for others, some are comfortable being dependent on labels to make it.

Moozlie addressed the topic on a thread of tweets stating how she has been “glamorizing independence” and how that has benefited her.

“I think I’m a bit guilty of glamourising independence. Not because I’m tryna hide anything, but because I really believe in myself & I’m just tryna stay positive. Stay focused on the good things that I’m blessed with daily & just keeping my eyes on goals I set from the beginning,” she wrote.

She went to speak on other artists who aren’t realizing and taking on a challenge to be Independent.
