Mzansi YouTuber Slik Talk recently made a video clowning, rapper and Amapiano artist Sizwe Alakine, formerly known as Reason. SlikTalk referred to the Motif records signee as a broke, failed rapper, this is just the latest of a slew of attacks from Slik to Reason over the years.
Famed South African podcast host MacG, asked Reason about his beef with SlikTalk in a 2021 interview and the brushed it off with a laugh and a few jokes.
There actually is.
This little prick just said that a black woman just became as ugly as another black woman. And ya’ll kept the fuck quiet.
Even said my friends deserved to die for driving after lock down. Kept quiet.
I turn tables and you don’t mix with the vibe?
Fokof man! https://t.co/c4WG2uAaya

After the latest attack, Reason made a video imitating and clowning SlikTalk and posted it, to much jokes and criticism on the internet.
Controversial, Music Executive NOTA dropped his two cents on the video, clowning Reason who recently released a song dedicated to his deceased loved one titled ‘After Tears.’ NOTA said Warner Music Group is incompetent for not promoting the song enough and the viral video of Reason clowning SlikTalk is getting more exposure than his latest song.
@ReasonHD got more coverage for clowning Slik Talk than his new single because WARNER MUSIC AFRICA are the most useless record label in South Africa. All the staff do is use company credit cards to support their alcoholism. It’s really sad that he put his career in their hands!💔
