In Honour of the one one year anniversary of Rikhado Makhado’s death, CottonFest Johannesburg will be hosting a remembrance gathering for the late Boss Zonke tomorrow thursday 23rd February, 2023.
In his lifetime Ricky Rick tried to help creatives as much as he could, he gave out several platofrms for established and upcoming acts alike to showcase their talents, amongst these many platofrms is CottonFest.
Makhado’s family vowed to continue to uplift the youth by giving them a chance to perform on stage whilst receiving the much needed recognition from their peers in the industry.
There shall be an event to commemorate the one year anniversary of Ricky’s passing and remember his legacy and contributions to the industry.
